Interest rates are on their way up, which will cut into your cash flow for rental properties a little bit, but that doesn’t mean that rental properties are now bad investments. Deals can make financial sense from day 1 during good times and bad. They may not be as phenomenal during high interest rates, but waiting around for the next crash could prove monumentally disastrous.
