A new podcast, “Jeff DeGraff – Author of ‘Stone Soup: How to Jumpstart Innovation Teams,’” featured a talk with author DeGraff about boosting creative growth in business.
The investing site for first responders offered new blog posts,”Are Mega Investors Grabbing All the Houses?” a look at the trend of large investment groups squeezing out independent investors, and “Buy Cheap Real Estate? Strings Are Attached,” a discussion of the pitfalls of bargain basement homes.
